The WIPs are out of control again so I've been working on a battle plan.
I'm almost finished a charity baby blanket so I'm going to be totally monogamous until that's done. Then I'm going to finish a quick scarf I started for my sister last week. It's the Kata Felicity scarf from Mindful Knitting done in Bernat Bamboo. That shouldn't take more than another couple of days. So those two projects should be done by Labour Day.
I have a partially frogged, very annoying garter stitch baby blanket that is currently off the needles and difficult to pick up. I will attempt to pick up the stitches and finish it off, but if it gives me ulcers within the first half-hour I'll just finish frogging it.
Then I will get back to work on the heap of lace shawls in various stages of completion. And at that point I will also allow myself to cast on a Wallaby for younger daughter. It would be nice if she could wear it this fall.
